        This letter is a continuation to my last e-mail. I hope you all have received it.

         Kindly download the invitaiton letter (pdf) and  the registration form(doc)  inviting  you to the statewide teachers' forum . Since our school is paying the fee to attend this continue education for you,  we would  like to collect all completed form as soon as possible or at the latest by Friday, June 15  either to Mrs Hwang or to me ,  by fax: 407 977 1125 , or by emailing attachment, or by hand delivered , or snail mail to  the following address

 so we  can put together CAACF  everyone 's registration form in one packet and to cut  just a check for the full amount.  For your friends and others not related to our school who are attending this seminar, pls ask them to forward application and fee directly to the address noted on the registration form. Your friends and other have to pay themselves.

      Pls address any question asap to either me or Mrs Hwang or Dr Muh. I encourage everybody to attend and please recommend this workshop to  as many as you can.

"Within are so many informations. Of great importance is the statewide conference (one week before our first day of school ) to any Chinese  language teacher or soon- to-be-teacher where if you remember I had  repeatedly mentioned at my previous memo. This continue education will be  held in Orlando on Friday, August 10 and Saturday, August 11, two full days starting at morning for anyone interested in teaching Chinese language.  Details and registration form will be attached in my next note to you. The fee for this  training program will be waived to all of our  school teachers at school expense provided you register promptly. Not only the workshop is at no cost to you  with 3 meals , that is 2 lunches and one dinner plus all materials free of charge,  our instructors are the best -  experts coming far but enthusisatically from Taiwan and California. We hope all of you can attend and we welcome your friends to join us  too  (but your friend has to pay a minimal charge of $ 30  per person for the whole session. )The medium of instruction for this workshop is all  Mandarin.
